    1. Acceptance

    By accessing GutHealth (guthealth.clubnutrichoix.com), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

    2. Nature of the service — not medical advice

    GutHealth provides educational content and general nutrition recommendations. It is not a medical device, does not diagnose any condition, and does not replace consultation with a qualified healthcare professional. Always consult a physician before making major changes if you have a medical condition.

    3. Account & security

    You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity on your account. Report any unauthorized access to us immediately.

    4. Subscriptions & payment

    • GutHealth Premium: CAD $29 / month.
    • GutHealth Professional: CAD $99 / month.
    • Monthly billing via Stripe. Automatic renewal until cancelled.
    • Cancel any time via the Stripe customer portal in your settings. Access remains active until the end of the paid period.
    • No pro-rated refund for partial periods.
    • Prices may change with 30 days' notice by email.

    5. Intellectual property

    Content, guides, generated recommendations and the "Club NutriChoix" / "GutHealth" brand remain the property of Club NutriChoix. You receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the service. Do not redistribute or resell the content.

    6. Acceptable use

    You agree not to bypass security measures, mass-scrape content, resell access, or use the service for unlawful purposes.

    7. Limitation of liability

    To the extent permitted by law, Club NutriChoix is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Total liability is limited to amounts paid in the previous 12 months.

    9. Governing law

    These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Québec and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any dispute will be brought before the courts of the district of Montréal.

    10. Changes

    We may update these terms. Material changes are communicated by email and take effect 30 days after notice.
